Job Summary
Bellperson responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, transporting luggage upon arrival and departure, escorting guests to accommodations with a clear orientation of room features and resort amenities, promptly delivering guest amenities and packages, assisting with parking directions and vehicle coordination, transporting guests within the resort via golf cart or other means, and keeping bell areas tidy. The role requires proactive guest service, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and walk up to 9 hours per shift. Prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to superior guest service emphasized throughout the role. The position operates on-site within Harwich, MA, and offers hourly pay in the range of $16.00–$17.00 plus gratuities.
