Job Summary
Drive to destinations and return to the hotel promptly while checking and maintaining fluid levels of the van. Wash and clean the interior as needed, communicate any mechanical malfunctions to the supervisor, and assist with front desk duties and general cleaning while waiting for scheduled shuttles. Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, then facilitate prompt check-out procedures by assisting with luggage. Maintain a neat, clean appearance in uniform, possess a valid Class C driver's license with a good driving record, and speak, write, and understand English. This role supports Regency Hotel Management's hospitality mission since 1965.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- State requirements (license/certificate)
- Valid Class C (or state requirement) driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to operate van safely and legally
- Ability to sit and drive a van for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
Desired Qualifications
- Some college
- Customer service experience
- Possess interpersonal skills; should be friendly and outgoing
- Possess good communication skills
- Exercise good judgment
