Job Summary
Bellman delivers a seamless, refined guest experience in a luxury hotel setting, acting as liaison across hotel departments to exceed Forbes Travel Guide standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, assisting with luggage, providing orientation and room feature demonstrations, transporting luggage, maintaining lobby and bell stand presentation, coordinating personalized guest amenities and celebratory touches, assisting with unpacking/packing on request, handling personal guest requests (laundry, transportation, dining/spa arrangements), documenting guest preferences for future stays, supporting VIP recognition and amenity planning, and upholding Forbes service standards with discretion and confidentiality. Requires 1–2 years of luxury hospitality experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; formal butler or Forbes service training is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of luxury hospitality experience, preferably in front office, guest relations, or butler services
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- On-call availability may be required for VIP guest arrivals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling guest matters
