Job Summary
Bellman at City of Dreams Manila responsibilities include providing prompt and professional guest service in the hotel lobby, assisting with luggage delivery/pickup, offering information about local events and attractions, maintaining lobby standards, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidate should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 kg, be English-proficient, and be flexible to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, overnight and holidays. Training and adherence to hotel policies, grooming, and confidentiality of guest information are required.
Required Qualifications
- No experience is necessary, while minimum 1 year previous experience is preferred in a 5 star luxury hotel, or similar.
