Job Summary
Bellman/Greeter (Part-Time) at Hyatt Place Ocean City Oceanfront — provide warm, efficient guest arrivals and departures, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms and explain amenities, coordinate with Front Desk on arrivals, departures, and special requests, and deliver items and information. Responsibilities include guest inquiries about facilities and local attractions, assisting with transportation arrangements, maintaining the lobby and bell stand area, ensuring luggage is handled securely, upholding brand standards and safety procedures, and collaborating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or hotel experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Valid driver’s license may be required if valet duties are included
