Greet and open doors for all arriving guests while answering basic guest services questions about the hotel, restaurants, and local attractions. Proactively interact with guests and resort staff to anticipate needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive relations consistent with luxury service standards. Assist with operations functions within the department, including valet support, and perform other related duties as necessary. Work in a fast-paced environment using good judgment and multi-tasking skills to foster a cooperative work environment.
