Job Summary
Bellman/Doorman for full-time grave shift: greet guests, assist with baggage on arrival/departure, provide room drops and luggage holds, help with transportation requests, open doors, and deliver exceptional guest service. Develop knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and events; maintain confidentiality; assist with loading/unloading luggage, and deliver items to rooms or vehicles; guide guests on operation of room features and provide directions. Must be able to work in a hospitality/security environment, meet the physical duties of the role, and possess a valid driver’s license if required by position.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Guest service experience preferred.
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Oaklawn Jockey Club.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
