Job Summary
Bellman position at Hyatt House Virginia Beach Oceanfront. As the face of the hotel, assist guests with personal services, transport guest luggage between arrival, rooms, and departure, locate lost luggage, tag/store/retrieve luggage, explain hotel facilities and room features, demonstrate use of room keys, and provide packing/unpacking and laundry-service information. Maintain knowledge of scheduled hotel functions and direct guests to correct locations; relay directions for local transportation; maintain accurate logs of Bell Person calls. Requires less than high school education and 6–12 months of related experience.
