Bellingham - Onsite or Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, SUDP) - SNF

Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist sought to join a geriatric behavioral health team in Washington. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, providing psychotherapy, developing treatment plans, and offering consultation in-person at partner SNF/LTC facilities; collaborate with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; complete timely documentation in the EMR (Athena I); ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures. Qualifications require a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or an eligible field and Washington licensure as LICSW, LMFT, or LPC; must have an NPI and be credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare (plus). Vaccination status may be required; TB test; CPR/AED/First Aid certification; strong written communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills; Spanish language skills are a plus.
