Job Summary
Provide warm welcomes to guests as a Bellboy at Conrad Athens The Ilisian, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to rooms, and offering information on hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options, and events. Maintain luggage handling accuracy, uphold luxury hospitality standards, assist Bell Captain with arrival/departure procedures and transportation arrangements, log and secure guest items, and contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional service in English and Greek. Requires at least 2 years of experience in bell/guest services within a luxury hotel setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, physical ability to carry heavy luggage, and flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends/holidays).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a bell or guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Greek; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to carry and handle heavy luggage and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with the local area, attractions, and services to provide guests with accurate recommendations
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional appearance and grooming
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
