Job Summary
Greet incoming and outgoing members and guests as the first point of contact, assisting with luggage, golf bags, and valet services. Provide a warm welcome, inform guests of resort amenities and events, and deliver ice throughout the property. Hold front doors open, pick up and deliver messages and laundry, and demonstrate room controls. Ensure the entrance is free of debris, maintain clean brass luggage carts, and keep BMWs in the Guest Drive program clean and charged. Record all activities in the logbook, store incoming luggage properly, and know fire exits and amenity locations. This role requires a valid driver's license, successful MVR, and adherence to safe driving practices while operating company vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- minimum of three months related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver's license
- successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- annual MVRs
- ability to stand and walk
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- close vision
- distance vision
- color vision
- ability to obey all traffic laws, regulations, signals and markings
- ability to use a seat belt
- ability to follow Company policies and procedures
- ability to follow the Substance Abuse Policy
- ability to report any accidents immediately
- ability to cooperate fully with insurance claims investigations
- ability to never drive while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications that may impair your ability to operate a vehicle safely
