Greet guests and welcome them to the hotel, while assisting with luggage transport to and from rooms. Provide information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurant directions. Respond to guest requests and answer inquiries about the area. Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of luggage carts and other equipment. Assist with valet parking and collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role reports to the Front Desk Manager at Troutbeck Hospitality, a heritage-focused resort dedicated to personalized, anticipatory service.
