Job Summary
Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and assist with vehicle parking and luggage transport. Manage coat checks, wheelchairs, and valet operations while locating and delivering lost packages. Maintain organized records, ensure public areas are safe and clean, and perform light cleaning duties. Act as a resource for guests regarding amenities, local attractions, and facility information. Work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays in a physically demanding environment requiring lifting up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- The ability to use strong organization skills and attention to detail to accurately handle multiple job duties in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- The ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and previous bell service or related hospitality experience are preferred
