Job Summary
Deliver guests to their rooms, manage luggage, messages, and other items within the hotel, and escort guests to conduct room overviews. Maintain a lobby presence to offer assistance while ensuring timely and efficient luggage transfers. Provide informative guidance on hotel facilities, expedite room changes, and strictly adhere to safety policies, emergency procedures, and health guidelines including those from the WHO and CDC. Follow all departmental standards, participate in hotel committees, and perform additional assignments as required by the Bell Captain.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a role requiring a high level of guest service and interaction
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Energetic
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good physical condition
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
