Job Summary
Bell Host at Six Senses The Palm Dubai is responsible for assisting guests with luggage and transfers, loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring smooth guest transfers, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and coordinating between the Concierge Desk and the resort's transportation provider. The role requires upholding Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards, delivering efficient service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Fluency in English and Russian is required, with hospitality training/diploma preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting.
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Fluent in English & Russian Languages.
