Job Summary
Bell & Door Person responsible for assisting guests with luggage, greeting and escorting them to and from rooms and vehicles, loading/unloading luggage, storing and retrieving belongings, and communicating hotel services and room features. Supports preparation, arrival, and departure for corporate, convention, and bus groups; coordinates special guest requests with VIP Services; participates in other hotel operations as needed. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and English communication. Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs; flexible to work various shifts. Located at ilani in Ridgefield, WA. Wage starts at $17.13 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a guest-facing position
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend or sit for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally 75 lbs
- Flexible to work various shifts and in outdoor conditions
