Job Summary

Greet guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and handle cash transactions using established point of sale methods. Answer telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments, reservations, and guest concerns while utilizing suggestive selling techniques for internal promotions. Maintain lobby and refreshment areas by ensuring they are clean and well-stocked, and manage lost and found items per facility standards. Complete special projects as assigned by the Spa or Attraction Director and report any deficiencies to management. Collect keys and assignment sheets at the end of the shift, ensuring all trash is disposed of according to procedures. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality policies and house rules.

  • Ability to greet and complete established check-in procedures for arriving guests
  • Ability to facilitate guest departure (check-out) following established point of sale procedures
  • Ability to calculate and/or post monies, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit using accurate cash handling methods
  • Ability to answer inquiries and accept appointments in person and by telephone
  • Ability to accurately communicate service rates and information
  • Ability to use suggestive selling techniques
  • Ability to maintain good customer relations by using guest names throughout interactions
  • Ability to maintain clear and concise communication with leadership team and management
  • Ability to report deficiencies to the appropriate manager
  • Ability to complete special projects as assigned
  • Ability to collect all trash and dispose in outside trash dumpsters per hotel/facility property procedures
  • Ability to practice safe work habits
  • Ability to handle all guest requests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Ability to handle items for 'Lost and Found' according to hotel/facility property standards
  • Ability to turn in all keys and assignment sheets to the Spa/Attraction front Office at the end of the shift
  • Ability to be familiar with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and house rules
  • Ability to be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and other Associates
  • Ability to ensure lobby and guest refreshment areas are clean and well stocked
  • Ability to inform the management team when additional supplies are needed
  • Ability to provide assistance to other Associates and departments
  • Ability to perform any other duties as requested by management
