Job Summary
Lead the Front Drive and Valet teams to create a seamless, welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. Oversee valet logistics, vehicle flow, luggage handling, and shuttle operations; train and supervise the Bell Team; coordinate with Ski Valet, Boot Room, Front Desk, and other teams to ensure smooth guest transitions. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and environmental practices (no-idling, property cleanliness) and embody Sundance values in every interaction. Engage guests with warm greetings, learning names and preferences, and providing personalized assistance with wayfinding and resort information. Exhibit leadership, communicate effectively under peak traffic, manage guest inquiries with empathy, and represent Sundance as a culture ambassador while upholding service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. drivers license in good standing
- 25+ years old
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
