Job Summary
Provide a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and depart; supervise Bell & Valet services, Bell Persons, and Door Persons; maintain records and handle guest complaints in the absence of the Front Office Manager; coordinate with Front Desk Supervisors and transportation/rental vehicle partners; assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations; conduct staff training and ensure department staffing and records are accurate; manage guest messages, deliveries, shipments, and logs, and uphold hospitality standards in a PGA National Resort setting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of guest services or related experience
- One year supervisory experience
