Job Summary
Lead and supervise the bell team to deliver professional service for luggage handling, arrivals, departures, and transportation operations. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to uphold service standards, ensuring VIP arrivals receive personalized attention. Maintain equipment and work areas in clean and safe condition, and collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to support daily operations. Requires 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, a valid SIM B1 driving licence, proficiency with Opera Cloud, and strong English communication with a guest-focused approach.
