Job Summary
Welcome guests, handle luggage, and coordinate delivery service with porters. Register and take charge of cars in compliance with procedures. Provide guest car service and short-range shuttle transfers. Coordinate the guest E-bike service. Manage departures with car handling and luggage delivery, strictly following internal procedures. Report to the Front Office Manager. This role supports the resort's Relais & Châteaux standards within a restored medieval village in Chianti Classico, blending luxury hospitality with local wine culture.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the role within high-standard hospitality contexts
- Good knowledge of PC, Office package, email, and internet browsing
- Driving license B
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and guest orientation
- Full-time availability, 6 days per week, with 1 day off
