Bell Attendant

Bell Attendant delivers luggage handling, escorts guests, and provides knowledgeable guidance to ensure a first and last impression of exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage handling and delivery to rooms, escorting guests to rooms and explaining hotel amenities, offering proactive directions and local recommendations, recognizing VIPs, and coordinating arrivals/departures with Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams. Maintain accurate luggage logs, support in-room requests, and adapt to peak arrival/departure times while upholding five-star service standards, professional demeanor, grooming, and adherence to hotel policies. Safety and privacy are emphasized, with duties including safe handling of luggage, proper use of bell carts, and reporting safety concerns. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand/walk for extended periods; ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
