Bell Attendant/Shuttle Driver

Job Summary
Greet arriving guests, escort them to rooms, and assist with luggage while providing information on resort services and attractions. Drive company vehicles on and off property to transport guests to destinations like the Disney Transportation and Ticket Center, handling loading and unloading of baggage. Act as an information source for dining, attraction, and shop options, and assist with guest complaints by communicating to the Director of Front Office. Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards while attending required meetings and trainings. Perform duties including valeting member and guest vehicles, with flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have or be able to obtain a DOT medical certificate within 30 days of employment
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and run for long periods of time
- Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc
- Comfortable to perform the essential functions of the role in various types of Florida weather conditions including: sunshine, heat, and rain
- Comfortable to complete repetitive motions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- English language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on business need
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Previous bellman/driver experience is a plus
