Job Summary
Meet and greet guests arriving by all forms of transportation, assist with luggage retrieval from vehicles, and escort guests into the lobby for registration. Park vehicles securely, mark key tags with location and guest details, and explain valet procedures while providing directions to the registration area. Transport guests to their rooms by carrying luggage or using a cart, responding promptly to inquiries regarding hotel services and local events. Maintain professionalism and courtesy throughout the shift, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm while working as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction. This role supports the Elizabeth Hotel's mission to create memorable experiences in Fort Collins, offering opportunities for growth within Sage Hospitality's network of properties.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
- Must have knowledge of local establishments, businesses and the surrounding community in general
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual vehicles
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a driving record that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
- Must be able to see objects and people up close and at a distance
- Must be able to grasp handles, carry bundles and lift packages
- Must be able to continually push, lift and carry up to 65lbs throughout the hotel during entire shift
