Job Summary
Meet and greet all guests arriving via transportation, assist with luggage retrieval from vehicles, and escort guests and bags into the lobby for registration. Park vehicles securely, mark key tags with location and guest details, and provide directions to the registration area. Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local events, and points of interest while maintaining professionalism throughout the hotel. Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve conflicts using empowerment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills
- Must be fluent in oral and written English
- Must have knowledge of local establishments, businesses and the surrounding community in general
- Must be able to see objects and people up close and at a distance
- Must be able to grasp handles, carry bundles and lift packages
- Must be able to continually push, lift and carry up to 65lbs throughout the hotel during entire shift
