Job Summary
Provide friendly and informative guest service at the bell stand in a hotel/casino environment, assisting with guest luggage and coordinating luggage handling for groups. Greet guests upon arrival, communicate with guests, staff, and Tour Escorts about operations, prepare room lists for arriving/departing groups, retrieve and operate the bell cart, escort guests and transport luggage to rooms, resolve customer issues, and make airline, show, and tour reservations. Arrange guest car rentals, maintain a clean and orderly bell stand, work with Security on suspicious or unclaimed luggage, and perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to stand for ~90% of shift, lift up to 75 pounds, present a professional appearance with excellent English communication skills, and obtain any required certifications/licenses per local gaming regulations. High school diploma or GED required; previous hotel/casino bellman experience preferred. Equal opportunity employer statement included.
