Bell Attendant

Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors, and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property. Inform guests of amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest; identify and explain room features. Assist with luggage to/from guestrooms or the bell area, arrange transportation, and provide directions. Maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and ensure guest needs are anticipated and addressed with genuine courtesy. Communicate clearly and professionally, develop positive working relationships, and comply with quality standards. This role involves standing or walking for long periods, moving luggage, and handling objects as part of daily guest service responsibilities.
