Job Summary
Greets guests upon arrival and departure, handles luggage, and escorts guests to rooms while delivering items and packages. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and storage areas, and coordinates with the Front Desk and Valet teams for smooth arrivals and departures. Operates hotel vehicles such as shuttles, golf carts, or guest cars to assist with guest transportation. Responds promptly to guest requests and follows safety procedures when handling guest property. Requires a valid driver's license, clear English communication, and ability to work in varying temperatures indoors and outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
- Must be reliable, courteous, and able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a variety of conditions and varying temperatures as this role frequently floats from indoors/outdoors
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience strongly preferred
