Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, arrange transportation requests, and supply directions while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality. Follow company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and ensure uniform cleanliness. Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds, navigate uneven surfaces, and stand or walk for extended periods. Maintain awareness of undesirable persons and comply with quality assurance standards.
