Job Summary
Transport guests to and from the hotel and local attractions while assisting with restaurant and activity recommendations. Support front desk operations by loading and unloading luggage carts, escorting guests to rooms, and checking or storing luggage with tags. Deliver messages, flowers, and packages to guest rooms, complete room changes, and maintain the lobby reader board. Provide information maps, directions, and local attraction listings, answer phones to assist guest service agents, and conduct house counts. Show guest rooms and suites to emphasize amenities as needed. Maintain high personal grooming standards and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality regulations to encourage safe, efficient hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
