Job Summary
Transport guests to and from the hotel and local attractions while assisting with restaurant and activity recommendations. Support front desk operations by loading/unloading luggage carts, escorting guests to rooms, checking luggage, and delivering messages, flowers, and packages to guest rooms. Complete room changes, assist housekeeping with requests, and maintain accurate listings of local attractions, events, and transportation guides. Greet guests, answer phones, open doors, and conduct house counts by computer. Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards while working flexible shifts to accommodate hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
