Job Summary
Transport guests to and from the hotel and local attractions while assisting with luggage, vehicle cleanliness, and concierge duties. Escort guests to rooms, check and store luggage, deliver messages and packages, and conduct house counts. Maintain accurate listings of local attractions and events, answer phones, and assist housekeeping with guest requests. Greet guests in a friendly manner, open doors, and show suites to emphasize amenities. Work varying shifts in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, maintaining proper grooming and uniform.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
