Job Summary
Transport guests to and from the hotel, assist with luggage, and support front desk operations while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties. Greet guests, escort them to rooms, check and store luggage, and deliver messages, flowers, and packages. Provide local attraction information, answer phones, and conduct house counts. Maintain accurate listings of area events and transportation guides. Ensure lobby reader boards are correct and show guest rooms to emphasize amenities. Approach all encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while complying with Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
