Job Summary
Conduct detailed aircraft inspections, minor and major repairs, alterations, preventative maintenance, and servicing on Bell 212 or 205 UH-1H helicopters. Perform all base maintenance duties while in the field and operate fuel and support trucks. Requires FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses, knowledge of FARs 91, 133, 135, and 145, and experience with the specified Bell series. Schedule includes days, nights, weekends, and on-call rotations during busy periods with some travel required. Pre-employment drug screening and ongoing randomized testing are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant licenses
- Knowledge of FARs – 91, 133, 135, and 145
- Knowledge, experience, and training in the Bell 212 & 205 series
- Ability and/or willingness to work days, nights, weekends, scheduled days off, and on-call during busy periods
- Some travel required
- Pre-employment drug-screening required
- Ongoing randomized testing
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting while maintaining good working relationships with staff, peers, and management
