Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the Belgaum office, coordinate project delivery teams, and track timelines while resolving risks to ensure high-quality standards. Lead team building, mentor members, and conduct performance reviews to foster accountability and retention. Support company growth initiatives, build customer relationships, and drive process improvements through SOP creation and KPI monitoring. Promote AI adoption and automation across teams to enhance productivity. Work closely with the founder to scale the organization toward ₹50 Crore revenue while establishing a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, or related field
- 5 –7 years of experience in IT services, software development, ERP, CRM, consulting, managed services, or operations
