Job Summary
Lead overall site operations, production, labor, and profitability while attaining sales, profit goals, and driving memberships through loyalty programs. Provide excellent customer service, ensure the location is staffed daily, and respond to congested areas based on business flow fluctuations. Maintain a clean, safe site and ensure all equipment, mechanicals, and chemical/supply utilization function at optimum capability. Address equipment issues immediately, follow all procedural and safety guidelines, and manage labor and expenses. This role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays, with a valid Texas Class C Driver's License and a clean MVR.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Is willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations
Desired Qualifications

- Related management experience
