Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, inspire team members to meet goals, and jump in to run cash registers, organize merchandise, or monitor performance metrics. Maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff while supporting community outreach programs, pre-employment training, and job placement services. Ensure smooth execution of environmental initiatives that divert materials from landfills.
