Job Summary
BELAY Corporate is hiring a Client Success Consultant - Assistant Solutions. The role focuses on fostering trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors, driving client retention and revenue growth, and providing strategic guidance. Responsibilities include serving as liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams; communicating and influencing at executive levels; identifying upselling opportunities; developing action plans; maintaining CRM updates; coordinating documentation across platforms; and conducting routine account reviews. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience in client-facing roles. The position is full-time and remote within the U.S. with occasional in-person meetings and travel.
