Prepare subgrade by cleaning, priming, and adjusting surfaces, then operate and manage asphalt pavers, rollers, and forklifts to lay and compact high-quality pavement. Monitor temperature, thickness, and uniformity while performing hand finishing where necessary. Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the process. Work in a team of three to five people alongside a team lead and production manager, primarily between April and December. Full-year employment with a collective agreement applies. Based in Malmö, Helsingborg, or Kristianstad.
