Job Summary
Conduct new member integration, educate clients on safe equipment use, and develop one-on-one or group workout programs matching their goals. Communicate verbally with members to ensure satisfaction, obtain referrals from friends and coworkers, and listen to feedback. Prospect for new leads, complete assigned cleaning duties, and assist in other club departments as needed. Update and revise monthly goals based on production data. Maintain a positive attitude, attend fitness meetings, and be ready to assist members with any questions or concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current personal training certification from a nationally accredited source or hold a degree in Exercise Science
- Must be able to lift 45lb of weight
