Job Summary
Prepare breakfast buffets and four-course evening menus in buffet style, ensuring proper food presentation and HACCP-compliant hygiene. Assemble buffets, manage kitchen cleaning, and handle dishwashing duties. This summer role at our first mountain Hotels in Austria runs from now until October, with daily cleaning and plating responsibilities included. We offer accommodation, meals, and benefits above the collective agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Praktische Vorerfahrungen in der Küche
- Zuverlässiges und schnelles Arbeiten
- Freundlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Level B1)
- EU-Staatsangehörigkeit bzw. freier Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt
