Job Summary
As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans for NDIS participants, create meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework, and build capacity in the people who support our participants, families and carers. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to champion the reduction of restrictive practices, delivering hands-on, life-changing behavioural support in the community with a hybrid working model that combines remote work and in-person community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status at minimum CORE level with experience
- Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
- Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
- Have a genuine passion for disability support
