Job Summary
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support plans tailored to individual goals. Support participants with complex needs through a PBS approach while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes. Manage a complex, varied caseload independently using strong organisational skills. Requires current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration, demonstrated experience in delivering behaviour support, a current driver's license, and own reliable vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
- Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
- Current driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle
