Job Summary
Behaviour Support Practitioner needed to support NDIS participants and their families in assessment, person-centred planning, and delivery of evidence-based support plans within a complex environment. Owns assessment, development and delivery of plans, drives meaningful goals and measurable outcomes using a positive behaviour support framework, and works within a multidisciplinary team including mentoring less experienced practitioners. Requires a degree in an allied health field and suitability at Core/Proficient/Advanced level, with experience in report writing. Required Qualifications
