Job Summary
Provide tailored, person-centred supports to NDIS participants across the Adelaide region, helping them build capacity, achieve goals, and enhance quality of life. Deliver assessment and person-centred planning, develop and review evidence-based behaviour support plans within complex environments, and implement strategies under the Positive Behaviour Support framework with a focus on reducing restrictive practices. For this role, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior Behaviour Support Practitioners, and ensure plans reflect participants’ strengths and aspirations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in an allied health discipline (desirable)
