Job Summary
Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans for NDIS participants, children, adolescents, and adults. Create meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework and build capacity in families, carers, and support workers. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to champion the reduction and elimination of restrictive practices while managing paperwork and reporting. This role requires a degree in OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work, or similar, with experience implementing behaviour support plans and working with challenging behaviours. Live within a 20-minute radius of Melton to access the community, clinic, or home-based work arrangements. Required Qualifications
- Have a degree in OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work or similar
- Live within a 20 minute radius of either Melton
- Have experience reading or creating, implementing or reviewing behaviour support plans
- Have experience working with challenging behaviours
Desired Qualifications
- Love working with humans AND are competent with writing reprots (Yes, there will be paperwork)
