Job Summary
Conduct behaviour support interventions for participants across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Western Australia while maintaining NDIS registration or progressing toward it. Deliver positive behaviour support strategies grounded in current NDIS requirements and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure participant wellbeing. Provide structured supervision and engage in professional development pathways within a collaborative culture that prioritizes balance and admin support. Submit a one-page cover letter addressing key selection criteria before the August 9 deadline.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications/experience in disability, psychology, counselling, social work, or related fields
- Strong understanding (or developing knowledge) of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence
