Job Summary
Conduct behaviour support services for participants across Penrith and Blacktown while maintaining NDIS registration or progressing toward it. Deliver positive behaviour support interventions with a focus on participant wellbeing, utilizing strong communication and relationship-building skills. Manage administrative tasks and systems support to ensure practice efficiency, adhering to structured supervision and professional development pathways. Maintain current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening clearance, holding a driver's licence, and submit a one-page cover letter addressing key selection criteria before the August 9 deadline.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications/experience in disability, psychology, counselling, social work, or related fields
- Strong understanding (or developing knowledge) of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence
