Job Summary
Conduct behaviour support services for participants across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Western Australia, maintaining current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening. Deliver care aligned with Positive Behaviour Support principles and NDIS requirements while building strong relationships with participants and their families. Complete administrative tasks and engage in structured supervision and professional development within a hybrid work model. Submit a one-page cover letter addressing key selection criteria before the August 9 deadline to join the October 2026 intake cohort.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications/experience in disability, psychology, counselling, social work, or related fields
- Strong understanding (or developing knowledge) of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence
