Job Summary
Conduct behaviour support interventions for participants across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Western Australia while maintaining NDIS registration or progressing toward it. Deliver positive behaviour support strategies that prioritize participant wellbeing and align with NDIS requirements. Engage in structured supervision and professional development pathways to enhance practice skills. Maintain current Worker's Compensation Card and Worker Screening checks, and hold a valid driver's licence. Submit a one-page cover letter addressing key selection criteria before the August 9 deadline.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications/experience in disability, psychology, counselling, social work, or related fields
- Strong understanding (or developing knowledge) of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence
